Contact My Mortgage Company

Many mortgage companies have agreed to participate in the Making Home Affordable (MHA) Program. Below is a list of participating companies and the contact information for submitting an application.

MORTGAGE COMPANIES

This list is periodically updated. If your mortgage company is not listed, you can locate their name and contact information on your monthly mortgage statement.

What to Expect from Your Mortgage Company

Your mortgage company wants to find a way to keep you in your home. Giving you a loan modification brings them lower returns but the cost is usually less than what a foreclosure would cost them. So your mortgage company's biggest concern is whether you can comfortably pay the new modified payments. The more information you can provide to assure them that you will be able to make the new payments, the easier it will be for them to review and evaluate your application for a modification.
